Ahmed Ramadan Beckham, Al Ahly’s defender, will undergo a medical check-up on Friday before the start of the team’s pre-match training session.

Beckham felt pain in the adductor muscle on Thursday which caused Dr. Ahmed Abu Abla, head of our medical staff, to advise him not to continue the team’s second training session in Tunisia.

Therefore, the player will undergo a medical check-up before the start of Friday’s session in order for Al Ahly’s medical staff to evaluate Beckham’s condition ahead of Saturday’s encounter against Esperance of Tunisia.

The Red Eagles will face Esperance on Saturday at 6:00 PM at Hammadi Agrebi Olympic Stadium in Rades in the first leg of the CAF Champions League semi-finals.
